We send BTC on the Bitcoin network itself (on-chain), to a Bitcoin address you give us: one starting with 1, 3 or bc1. We check the address format before you can place the order. We don’t send over Lightning.
How to buy BTC with Fastcad

- Paste your wallet address. Your own Bitcoin wallet.
- Pay by Interac e-Transfer. We show the email to send your e-Transfer to and a reference number. Put the reference in the message.
- Get your BTC. Crypto is sent to your wallet within a few minutes of your payment being confirmed. The transaction is shown on your receipt. Your wallet shows it as confirmed once the Bitcoin network confirms it.

How long does it take?
Crypto is sent to your wallet within a few minutes of your payment being confirmed. Then the Bitcoin network confirms it, usually within an hour at a normal fee.
What if the price moves before I pay?
Your price is guaranteed for 30 minutes from when you place the order. If your payment arrives later, the order stays open and is settled at our price when we confirm it, and we contact you first if that price is materially different.
What does it cost?
Our fee is built into the price, fee included. There are no card or processing fees on top. We pay the network fee to send your BTC: you receive the full amount shown on your order.
